A definition of Duffau's favorite TDSF

Hi All, I am pretty new to trading and to Inv Hub, maybe one or two others on this board are too so here is a definition of one of Duffau's favourite postings 'Toxic Death Spiral Financing' which I looked up. For those who are not sure like myself please see:

http://www.stockpatrol.com/article/key/deathspiral
http://financial-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Death+Spiral

The first one is pretty old but seems to give a good explanation when compared to other explanations I have seen. I have nothing to do with stockpatrol, it just came up in google and seemed a clear explanation.

Abdul hope the definitions are correct.

I do have some RUNU shares and will keep them and see how this goes, I bought some a while ago when around 0.04 and have bought some more making my average about 0.02. They are not worth a great deal at mkt value surprise surprise, so I have stopped smoking which is helping to make up for the loss. I cannot claim to have an understanding of what is happening here, but it would be great to have a post RUNU diagnosis from those that may on this message board at some point in the future if that is possible.

Staying with this stock goes against all that I have read about trading and emotions, having an exit strategy etc, and I smile to myself when I have been re-reading books on emotions etc over the past two weeks as it is like looking in a mirror a bit. Hope being one of them.

Whatever happens with the stock and RUNU as a company I hope to be a healthier non-smoker and happier learning trader as this board has definitely made me laugh out loud at times when I have read some of banter in the posts. Cheers.
